• Google Account Data (OAuth): When you connect your Google Account (e.g., for Google Sign-In or AI Google Review Manager), we request explicit permission to access basic profile details (email, name) and business profile review management capabilities.
• Technical & Analytics Data: IP address, device type, browser information, pages visited, and interaction heatmaps to optimize site performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Providing, operating, and maintaining your WeBloom account and digital assets.
• Powering our AI Google Review Manager to help you publish, organize, and reply to customer reviews.
• Generating custom dynamic QR codes and routing lead inquiries via WhatsApp or email.
• Enhancing platform security, detecting fraud, and resolving technical issues.
• Sending system notifications, platform updates, and customer support communications.

3. Use of Google User Data

If you connect your Google Account with WeBloom:

• We only request access to scopes necessary to deliver features (e.g., Google Review Management or OAuth authentication).
• We store Google authentication tokens in encrypted database fields.
• We do not share Google user data with third-party AI models, data brokers, or advertising networks.
• We do not use your Google data for marketing, advertising, or profiling purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share necessary data with trusted service providers who help us operate our infrastructure under strict confidentiality agreements:

• Account & Data Deletion: You can request complete deletion of your account and associated Google tokens by sending an email to support@webloom.co.in. Upon receipt, your personal data will be purged within 30 days.
• Revoke Google Access: You can revoke WeBloom’s access at any time via Google Security Settings.
